Merging Client Requirements
It seldom happens that a client can complete a specifications document when there are multiple parties providing input. The first step for our business analysts is to consolidate various requirements obtained from all stakeholders of a project. Any inconsistencies are eliminated and various requirements are merged into a more feasible solution.
Documenting Findings
On large scale projects the amount of data collected can be immense. Extra effort ensures that we document all findings properly and build feedback documentation that is easy to read and understand by all stakeholders of the project. These specifications are adapted and kept up to date as conversations continue and additional requirements are identified.
Project Management
Findings are concluded in a project management plan that includes deadlines and budgets for all phases of the project. This include any information relating to versions, testing, releases, development stages, etc.
